JAKARTA, - Pada 7 Desember waktu setempat, majalah budaya pop Amerika, Rolling Stone menerbitkan daftar untuk 50 lagu terbaik tahun ini. Boy group BTS dan girl group BLACKPINK menjadi perwakilan idol Korea yang berhasil masuk dalam daftar "The 50 Best Songs of 2020” itu. BLACKPINK bertengger di nomor 13 dengan "Ice Cream", lagu kolaborasi musim panas mereka dengan Selena Gomez. Lagu ini masuk album THE Stone juga menyebut Ariana Grande sebagai penulis lagu dan mendeskripsikannya sebagai "pergerakan kekuatan di gelombang udara Amerika" dari "ratu grup wanita Korea". Disebut juga, prestasi BTS tersebut merupakan yang pertama untuk semua artis Korea. Lalu, menggambarkan lagu tersebut sebagai "suara BTS yang menyentuh semangat disko tahun delapan puluhan" dan menyoroti kalimat pembuka Jungkook, di mana dia menyebut kata-kata 'Rolling Stone' di lagu itu.
